Billing & Subscription

Neomali uses a simple, transparent subscription model. Navigate to Dashboard > Billing & Subscription to manage your plan, view invoices, and ensure your shop stays active.

1. Subscription Plans

Your "Selected Package" card shows your current tier (e.g., Free Trial, Neomali GO, Neomali PRO-DUKA) and your billing cycle (Monthly or Annual). Use the Change Plan button to view all available tiers and upgrade your features.

2. Free Trial & Grace Periods

When you first create a shop, you automatically start on a Free Trial.

• Days Remaining: The dashboard clearly shows a countdown of how many days are left in your trial.
• Grace Period: If your trial expires, you enter a "Grace Period". Your shop remains visible, but you must upgrade to an active plan before the grace period ends, or your shop will be paused and hidden from customers.
• Reactivation Offers: If your shop is paused, look out for special banner offers at the top of the Billing page (like a 60-Day Free Reactivation code!).

3. Managing Payments

Subscription payments are handled securely via M-Pesa.

• Next Renewal: For active subscriptions, you will see exactly when your next payment is due.
• Manual Renewal: You can click "Renew Now" at any time to process a payment manually before the system attempts an auto-charge.

4. Recent Transactions & Payment Recovery

Scroll down to the Recent Transactions list to view your complete payment history.

• Each transaction card shows the Date, Plan, Amount, Status (Completed, Pending, Failed), and the official Receipt Number.
• Pending Action: If you initiated an M-Pesa payment but didn't complete it, you will see a green "Payment Verification Needed" alert at the top of the screen. Click Check Status to easily resume or verify the transaction.
