Shop Analytics & Performance
Understanding your analytics is the key to scaling your business. The Analytics dashboard provides real-time data on who is visiting your shop, what they are buying, and how your revenue is growing.
1. Accessing Your Analytics
Open the menu (≡) and tap on Analytics. By default, you will land on the Acquisition tab, which gives you a broad overview of your shop's performance. You can use the Date Selector at the top to filter data by the last 7 days, 30 days, or a custom date range.
2. The Acquisition Overview
This tab is all about how you acquire visitors and turn them into customers.
- Traffic Score & Day Streak: We gamify your performance! Your Traffic Score (out of 1,000) shows how well you rank compared to others. The Day Streak tracks consecutive days with active visitors. Keep sharing your shop link to maintain your streak!
- Conversion Funnel: This is a crucial tool. It shows the exact journey of your customers: Views → Add to Cart → Checkout → Orders. If you see high Views but low Add to Carts, you might need better product images or prices. If you see high Checkouts but low Orders, consider reviewing your delivery fees.
- Traffic by Source: Discover exactly where your buyers are coming from (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp, Direct Links). This tells you which social media platform deserves more of your time and marketing budget!
- Top Products: A breakdown of your best-performing items. Focus on restocking or promoting these top sellers.
3. The Sales Dashboard
From the top navigation menu on the Analytics page, tap on Sales to dive deeper into your revenue.
- This section provides a detailed graph of your Gross Sales over time.
- It helps you identify peak shopping days (e.g., weekends or mid-month paydays) so you can time your product drops and promotions perfectly.
4. Understanding Your Customers
Tap on the Customers tab to view insights about the people buying from you.
- Customer Base & Retention: See how many total customers you have and what percentage of them are returning buyers. A high repeat purchase rate means excellent customer satisfaction!
- Top Spenders: Identify your most loyal customers based on how much they've spent. Consider sending them a special discount code via WhatsApp or SMS to say thank you.
5. Financials & Cash Flow
Tap on the Financials tab for a clear breakdown of the money moving through your business.
- Track your total revenue, subtract any platform or payment gateway fees, and see your exact net earnings.
- Use this data to accurately calculate your profit margins and ensure your business remains healthy.
