Create and manage tickets in Dashboard → Support.
Create a ticket
- Required: subject and description.
- Category: general, technical, billing, feature request, bug report.
- Priority: low, medium, high, critical.
- Attachments (optional): up to 5 files; each file ≤ 5MB.
- Allowed file types: images (JPG/PNG/WebP/GIF), PDF, Word documents, text files.
Reply and close
- You can add replies (and attachments) while the ticket is open.
- Closed tickets cannot receive new messages.
