Get help by creating a ticket from the vendor dashboard.

Create and manage tickets in Dashboard → Support.

Create a ticket

  • Required: subject and description.
  • Category: general, technical, billing, feature request, bug report.
  • Priority: low, medium, high, critical.
  • Attachments (optional): up to 5 files; each file ≤ 5MB.
  • Allowed file types: images (JPG/PNG/WebP/GIF), PDF, Word documents, text files.

Reply and close

  • You can add replies (and attachments) while the ticket is open.
  • Closed tickets cannot receive new messages.
